Hi. I’m Bayleighe.
I draw strange little figures made of roots, flames, and maybe vegetables, and then I sell them to you. That’s really the whole business model.
The process: draw it on paper, take a photo, finish it in Procreate, tell everyone that I meant for it to look exactly like that.
I am, for reasons I will be examining with my therapist, extremely committed to drawing vegetables like they’re saints, and shadow creatures like they’re doing chores.
Prints and some originals are in the shop. Waiting patiently. Like skeletons.
Why “Bailey’s Web”?
It’s a metaphor. I’m weaving together different threads of my work and interests into one place. I am not a spider.
